Practice Manager

My role at Expert Pensions Consulting is to ensure everything runs smoothly in terms of day to day operations and the service we provide. My aim is to ensure that all our clients receive an excellent customer experience when dealing with us.

I have worked in the Financial Services industry for the majority of my career and have over 15 years experience working in various roles within Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. I have an excellent knowledge of pensions and in particular company pension arrangements and was involved in both the administration and development of these products.

Many of my years in financial services were spent working for Assurance companies, however I am now enjoying working in an advice environment where I get the chance to be more directly involved in helping people realise their financial dreams and goals.

I am currently studying for my professional level 4 qualifications.
